My Fitness Story (No Drama Included)

Hey Guys,

Today I am going to share some tips for living a healthy lifestyle . I am sure almost everyone of us ,sometime in our life has thought about exercising and eating all healthy food and stuff. But sometimes it feels so complex that people drop off the goals and plans they have set for engaging in a healthy lifestyle . So i am here to share some important yet easy breezy steps that you all will love . So without further adieu lets get started 📷
♥ Exercise/Yoga

This is one of the major steps to lose weight and maintain a healthy body . Wake up in the morning and go for a walk or do yoga . Morning air is very good for health . Start with the basic exercises and then you can go to the advanced ones. I used to spend 30 minutes in morning and 30 minutes in evening for exercises and try to walk as much as possible .
♥ Drink lots of water.

Drinking water helps boost metabolism and cleanse our body of waste . After waking up drink atleast 2 glasses of water. Further you can add green tea also,but ill suggest only water. Try drinking water as much as you can in a day .You can make lemon water and add mint to it for toxin removal .
♥ Switch from mode Junk –> Green Leafy veggies (Green is your new best friend lol)

I can bet healthy snacks are the best substitutes to burgers and all junk stuff. Try to add spinach,carrots, beans ,lentils,fruits etc .Avoid carbohydrates in your meal . I used to eat palak almost daily making it in different ways so that i dont get bored and lose my appetite for it.
♥ Stay motivated and confident. Love yourself

In my free time i used to watch many motivational videos of many influencers including Sandeep Maheshwari .  Focus and dedication is one of the keys to remain fit and healthy. Love yourself . No matter whoever told me i am fat or ugly or anything ,i just used to tell myself that  i am not ugly ,i love myself for what i am . No one has the right to tell me how i look . Basically i used to ignore all negativity around. (Note : I started exercise regime solely for the reason to stay fit ,remotely affected by any negative comments).
Long story short . Since my teenage years i have been struggling with weight issues . I have been called fat alot of times in past . On November 2016,i finally decided to remove all negativity  and try to be fit and healthy. So the first step i took was forcing myself for some exercise stuff , eating alot of greens and weightloss foods i finally lost 16 kgs in 5 months . Everytime i lost a kg and be near to my target, it used to give me more motivation to hit the gym . Now when i see myself ,i see the struggle of getting up, and exercising . Dont hesitate ,just focus and one day you will surely reach your goal . Stay healthy Stay Happy  XOXO . Next article coming soon .
